Relieved from lighter USA... Was covered in a thick black grease/sticky Residue... I spent Half hour cleaning it up... Contacted light USA the following day because they were closed when I opened it... I Asked them if it was a floor model...and they told me there is nothing they could do because I didn't take a picture.
