What fuel should I use to refill the Vector Speed-II?
For optimal performance and to prevent burner clogging, use high-purity, multi-refined butane gas (such as Vector Cold Filtered Butane).
How do I check the fuel level in the Speed-II?
The lighter features a transparent lightning bolt fuel window built directly into the side of the housing, allowing you to instantly gauge remaining butane levels.
Is the Vector Speed-II windproof?
Yes. The high-velocity jet torch flame produces three times the intensity of standard torch lighters, making it exceptionally resistant to wind and outdoor drafts.
Does the lighter arrive pre-filled with butane?
No. In compliance with shipping safety regulations, all butane lighters are shipped empty and must be filled prior to initial ignition.
